What is an early repayment obligation and how does it work?

The early repayment obligation (ERO) is the obligation of the lending company to make early repayment if any payment under relevant borrower’s loans is delayed by more than 60 days. This early repayment obligation provides an additional layer of protection for investors, as they will still receive proceeds from the Notes even in the event of borrower default or late payment.
